maclean’s magazine {published}
You guys, I’m famous in Canada!
I am proud to announce that I have been published in the Canadian magazine Maclean’s December issue! A few months ago, I entered an art contest on Booooooom, a Vancouver based blog by artist Jeff Hamada. When I saw they were asking for remakes of famous paintings or pieces of art, I said, “Well, duh,” and submitted my remake of Lichtenstein’s Ohhh…Alright…. A few weeks ago, I received an email from Joanne Latimer asking to interview me for an article she was writing. I have to say I was a little nervous, but super excited! I had read the article online, but I couldn’t WAIT to see it in print. Then yesterday, the mailman brought me my long desired package.
Hey, look! I’m next to…Bill Clinton? haha

Below, you can read the article, even though it’s a slightly different format. I’m guessing they condensed the layout when it went to print.
