When Mikayla told me what she & Peter had in mind for their engagement session, I was beside myself with glee. I absolutely loved their idea of doing a Robin Hood styled engagement session & I was honestly shocked when they told me that they were having troubles finding a photographer who would do something like this for them.

Mikayla: Peter & I have always felt like we are old souls & we seem to gravitate towards vintage things, folk tales, & things from the past.  We wanted a theme that represented our style & incorporated a “story” that we both love:  an old tale with a love story which led us to Robin Hood & Maid Marian. Peter read the book countless times growing up & I loved the story as well.  The story is classic & timeless like the love we have for each other.
